• Account data — your email address and name when you create an account.
• Listing data — the public Airbnb or Vrbo listing URLs you submit, and the publicly available content we retrieve from them to run audits and generate copy.
• Email and consent data — your email address, the date and time you consented to receive emails, and the wording of the consent you agreed to.
• Payment data — subscription status and payer email from PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
• Usage and marketing data — pages viewed, campaign parameters such as utm_source, and a randomly generated visitor identifier stored in your browser.

• To provide the tools, generate reports, and keep your work saved to your account.
• To send transactional email such as sign-in, receipts and report delivery.
• To send marketing email — guides, product updates and offers — only where you have given consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To measure which marketing campaigns bring in useful visitors.
• To detect abuse and enforce fair-usage limits.

We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), on the basis of your consent (marketing email), and on our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention and basic analytics).

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and we honour it immediately. You can also email us and we will remove you. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential service emails while you hold an account.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the providers needed to run the service: our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, our payment provider (PayPal), and the AI providers that generate listing copy and analysis. Listing content submitted for analysis may be processed by those AI providers; we do not send them your payment details.

We keep account and listing data for as long as your account is active, and marketing contact records until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Consent records are kept for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain processing. Contact us and we will action your request.

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember which campaign brought you to the site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.

The service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
