Refund Policy

Where a free trial is offered, you pay nothing during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you are never charged. If you do not cancel, the subscription starts automatically at the price shown at sign-up.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or directly through your payment provider. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing, and your access stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not require you to email us or give a reason.

Because our audits, rewritten listing copy, titles and guest guides are delivered instantly and can be copied and kept, subscription periods that have already started are generally non-refundable.

We do issue a full refund in these cases:

• Duplicate or accidental double charges.
• A charge taken after you cancelled, or after a trial you had cancelled.
• An unauthorised charge on your payment method.
• A technical fault on our side that prevented you from using the tools you paid for, and that we could not fix.

Outside these cases we still review requests individually and in good faith. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and have not used the tools in that period, contact us within 14 days and we will normally refund it.

Email info@superhostseo.com from the address on your account, with the date of the charge and the listing it relates to. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card provider — almost every billing issue is resolved faster by email. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until it is settled.
