Terms of Service

SuperhostSEO provides listing audits, AI-assisted listing copy, title generation, rank tracking, seasonal revamps, calendar and guest tools, and digital guest welcome guides for short-term rental listings. Some tools are free; the full workspace is provided as a paid subscription.

We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or any other booking platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide an accurate email address. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You may only submit listings you own or manage, or for which you have permission to act.

• Access is licensed per listing. One subscription unlocks the Pro workspace for one property.
• The standard price is $19 per month per listing, billed automatically until cancelled.
• Portfolio pricing: your first two listings are $19/month each, and every additional listing from the third onward is $9/month.
• Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout and is collected and remitted by our payment provider.

Where a free trial is offered, you are charged nothing during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins automatically at the price shown at sign-up. You can cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or directly through your payment provider. Cancellation stops future billing; your access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

• Do not resell, sublicense or share your account or generated access links in bulk.
• Do not use automated scripts to scrape the service, overload it, or bypass per-listing licensing.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing or harmful content, or content you do not have the right to use.
• Fair use applies to AI generation. We may apply reasonable limits to prevent abuse.

Titles, descriptions, audits and guides are generated with the help of AI and are suggestions, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish it to a booking platform, and for making sure it is accurate and complies with that platform’s rules. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, number of bookings, or revenue outcome.

You keep ownership of your listing information and of the copy you publish. You grant us the limited right to process it in order to run the service. We keep ownership of the software, design and underlying systems.

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but it is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted access. We may change, add or remove features as the product evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost bookings or lost profit.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service, or creates a risk for other users. Where the breach is not serious we will normally contact you first.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest revision, and where changes are material we will notify account holders by email.
